Encrusting
Encrusting in Junk Jack X is easy and provides a wide range of useful boosts to both tools and armor. The process involves creating Cut Gems and applying it to a tool or piece of armor. To apply a cut gem to a tool or piece of armor, press and hold down on the gem. It will bring a up a dialogue box saying, "CHOOSE AN ITEM TO ENCRUST." Tap the item you want to encrust, and press the check mark. Encrusted items will have a cut gem icon, with the color corresponding to the cut gem being used, on its slot. For example, an Iron Sword encrusted with a Cut Diamond will have a Cut Diamond icon, as show below:
Note: Encrusted items cannot stack on items that aren't encrusted. You cannot encrust more than one gem on an item.
