Bridges
A bridge is a semi-opaque block, meaning it allows the player to stand on it while at the same be able to travel through it. This allows for faster navigation through large tunnels and mineshafts, while using less resources. One major issue with this is that bridges can only be placed next to full blocks (not background blocks), as opposed to stairs which require a background block to be placed. Different bridges vary in appearance and strength, depending on the material it was crafted from.
