As of version 2.2.3 there are twenty-seven (27) in-app purchases. (for general information regarding in-app purchases, refer to iTunes Store: About In-App Purchases)
Purchases can be restored by pressing the restore purchases button on the store page (see Media:Restore Purchases Button.png).
