Above ground ruins are one of the 4 biomes (the others are Grassy Plains, Desert, and Graveyard) which can be found above ground level.

They are made of stone and can be identified by their characteristic columns. (These columns are different from those found in O-Egyptian Ruins and desert biomes).

Crates and vases are also common in this biome.
